White Tea

Fine, mellow and with a full bloom

This white Ceylon tea, which grows on the high plateau around the town of Nuwara Eliya, is truly regal. The subtly yellow infusion and its fine taste invoke memories of spring meadows: a flowery, mellow aroma, very fine tartness and an aftertaste that has a hint of acacia honey. The tea plantationswhere the tea is cultivated for us using biodynamic methods are located in the heart of Sri Lanka. Here, in the country’s most important tea-growing area, tea has been cultivated since the 19th century.
