Fresh and full of bloom – from the southern slopes of the Himalayas

Our Darjeeling Ambootia green tea tastes bloomy like a typical Darjeeling and fresh, as a green tea should be. A characteristic feature is the light green infusion colour. We procure this speciality tea directly from the Ambootia estate. Cultivated on isolated southern slopes of the Himalayas using biodynamic methods, these Darjeeling teas grow especially slowly. Tea continues to be produced in the traditional way here: picked by hand and processed with care.
