Bloomy and delicately tart – green like northern India’s mountain woods

The subtle green infusion colour and the light, delicately tart taste are characteristic features of our Indian green tea. The teas for this blend come from selected tea plantations in northern India. While green and black tea do come from the same shrub, they differ fundamentally in the way they are processed: after picking, leaves for a green tea are not fermented, but immediately rolled and dried. In this way they retain their colour and their original taste.
