Aromatic and strong – Asia’s favourite

Strong and with an aromatic nose is how tea aficionados describe our Chinese Sencha. It exhibits a fresh yellowy green in the cup. After harvesting, Sencha is carefully steamed and dried by rollers. This gives the leaves their typical appearance, which is reminiscent of pine needles. This form of preparation explains the special taste of this unfermented tea speciality, plus its popularity throughout Asia and way beyond.
